Article
The Lead
tab- Includes
the same five white tabs from Prospects and has an additional three orange
tabs.

Deal
Filter- The
deal filter includes questionnaires that help analyze deals and help you
choose the most beneficial deal.

Seller
Script- A
questionnaire that allows you to gather further information on that
particular lead and what they are most interested in.
Short Sale
Score- The
short sale score allows you to put in specific information regarding
your short sale and you will be generated a score ranking that
particular short sale.
Profit
analyzer- The
profit analyzer allows you to analyze the costs related to that deal and
generate an estimated net profit to pick the plan that will benefit you
the most.

Matching
tab- This tab
allows you to view potential matches for your specific property.

My Buyers-
The names that
are in this list are buyers that are already in your Open Road account.
Community
Buyers- The
community buyers are other members of Open Road, outside of your account
that could be potential buyers for your specific property. This tab can
only be activated if you choose the option to allow community access in
the admin section.
Hammerpoint-
The
Hammerpoint tab is a tool that allows you to generate a repair estimate
for your property. Simply fill in the survey and Hammerpoint will
generate an estimate for the amount of repairs necessary for your
property.

Actual
Renovations-
This tab allows you to record the actual renovations that you have done
to your property.
Staging
Costs- This
tab allows you to track the purchases you make to present your home
I.E. furniture, appliances.
