Prospect tabs
Prospect tabs
Article
Prospects-
The prospects tab has five
white colored tabs.
Notes-
The notes section allows you
to write notes pertaining to that particular deal, these notes can be
seen by all the users on your account. Some things to remember regarding
notes is that because many times these documents are used as legal
documents in court, they cannot be edited and are stamped with a date and
time to prove their validity. Also these notes cannot be edited.
Tasks-
The tasks section allows
you to add new tasks that you need to be completed. Anything that you
need to have done can be edited including the due date, and a description
of the task. You can even assign these tasks to specific users on your
account. These tasks will also appear on your Open Road homepage or on
the homepage of the designated user that has been assigned the task.
Documents-
The documents section is
where you can hold all of the documents you have uploaded into Open Road.
Once in the documents section you can upload new documents, rename the
documents, and even fax them!
Linking-
The linking tab allows you
to link the particular deal with other users on your account. One thing
to remember is a user must be active; if the user is pending they will be
unable to link to that specific deal.
Comps-
The comps tab allows you to
generate a report that gives the pricing of comparable properties to that
deal. We offer three different packages; one of which is free provided by
Zillow. We also offer two packages from LPS (Lender Processing Service)
they run at $2.00 and $15.00. The major different between the two are the
amount of information and details in each report. These prices are on a
case by case basis.
