Hammerpoint:
The Hammerpoint tab
is a tool that allows you to generate a repair estimate for your property.
Simply fill in the survey and Hammerpoint will generate an estimate for the
amount of repairs necessary for your property.
The Hammerpoint Project Estimator is located in the
lower tabs within your seller files that are either a ‘Lead’ or ‘Deal’.
It can be found in the ‘Hammerpoint’ tab within any “Lead” or “Deal”.
There are also two sub tabs within the Hammerpoint tab:
- Actual
Renovations-
This tab allows you to record the actual renovations that you have done to
your property.
- Staging
Costs- This tab
allows you to track the purchases you make to present your home I.E.
furniture, appliances.
